  • 1 ½ kg of chestnuts
  • 50g butter
  • 2.5 dl of milk
  • Salt q. b.
  • Ground black pepper q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by striking it and boil the chestnuts in water seasoned with salt.
  2. When they are cooked, drain the chestnuts, peel them to reduce them to puree.
  3. Finally, in a pan, add the mashed chestnuts, butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper, and you’re ready to serve.

– Ingredients –

  • 575g sweet potato
  • 300g chestnuts, frozen
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 9 dl of water
  • 0,5 dl olive oil
  • 1 dl of milk or cream
  • Nutmeg, salt and q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. In a saucepan, place sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into small pieces), the nuts, the garlic and the onion (also cut into pieces).
  2. Season everything with salt, cover with water and heat.
  3. When all the ingredients are cooked, remove from the heat and drain.
  4. Add the olive oil, milk, salt and nutmeg and reduce to puree in a food processor.
  1. PUREE THE NUTS IN THE THERMOMIX

– Ingredients –

  • 600g chestnuts, frozen
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 c. tablespoon fennel
  • 1 c. tablespoon butter
  • Salt q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by cooking the chestnuts with fennel. Just put them in the basket of the Thermomix, with the fennel and a pinch of salt and schedule 15 minutes, 100 ° C, speed 4. When they are cooked, drain.
  2. Place the chestnuts, drained the glass of the Thermomix and add the butter and half a cup of milk.
